After leaveing the cave, Zarathrustra decides to go on holiday in the Baltics. Experiences with Estonian restaurants convince him to totally revise his former philosophical conceptions and to return to the cities to preach the necessary corrections to the masses. According to the revised doctrine, the üloinimene overcomes the üleinimene by noticing that, despite the Ewige Wiederkehr of almost everything else, chefs in Estonian restaurants manage to break the cycle of the eternal return by not cooking anything in the exact same way twice.
"Ma õpetan teile üloinimest. Üleinimene on miski, mida peab ülotama. Mis olete teinud ta ülotamiseks?
Kõik olendid seni on loonud midage kõrgemat endast: ja teie tahate siis olla mõõnaks sellele suurele tõusule ning pigemini tagasi minna looma juurde kui ülotada üleinimest [...]
Üloinimene on maa mõte. Teie tahe ütelgu: üloinimene olgu maa mõte!"
