In 2004, a state-of-the-art, unobtrusive audio system was installed in the sanctuary of College Church. This happened
through the efforts of Duane Benton, who carefully researched the choices available, presented the choices to the Session, and
then funded the entire project. The new system is dedicated to the memory of his late wife, Kay Hutchison Benton, who was also a
member of College Church..
The extended Benton family gathered at College Church for the dedication of the sound system, which was held during Sunday
morning services. A reception followed in the fellowship hall.
A lovely plaque has been installed in the rear of the sanctuary, and reads:
