Handling Function Calls

When a function is called,
- Push the address of the next instruction (to which the function should return later).
- Push the values of all local variables.
- Branch to the first line in the function.
When a function returns,
- Pop (and discard) the values of the local variables.
- Pop the return address.
- Branch to the return address.
