A little about me

My name is Tom Valente and I am an Associate Professor of Mathematics
and Computer Science at Hampden-Sydney College in south central Virginia.

I arrived here in 1993 after earning a Ph.D. in Computer Science at
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY and after a year as a
visiting professor at Colby College in Waterville, ME.
