NOUNS: 

front: nominative, genitive, gender, (declension #)
back: definition, one derivative with definition

example: 
femina, feminae, f. (1)
woman; feminine = with the qualities of a woman

ADJECTIVES:

front: nominative singular m, f, n
back:
definition, one derivative with definition

example: 
magnus, magna, magnum
large, great; magnify = to make bigger

VERBS:

front: all four principal parts (conjugation #)
back: definition; one or two derivatives with definition(s)

example:
amo, amare, amavi, amatum (1)
to love, like; amiable = likeable, amatory = expressive of love
